How we organize ourselves
Simply put, there are two teams: the core operations team and the core management team. These two teams are complementary and equally important to Greydot’s success.

Some team members are outside the city of São Paulo, even in other countries. Most of the team (80%) is remote.

It's fast.
The process follows this flow: conversation with the area leader, conversation with team members, and proposal. Each team has its own specificities, of course, but the entire process takes a maximum of 21 days.

Greydot's legal entity is in Brazil, but we have plans to open offices in Europe and Latin America.
